    Our junior suite was lovely, blackout blind, quiet apart from the road not far away. Cleaned everyday, towels changed every 2 days. It felt very safe, with lovely staff. Snacks and drinks all reasonably priced. Breakfast was sometimes hit or miss but always found something to eat. Pool showers dotted around for washing sand off after a very quick walk down to the sea. My only issue was the shower and toilet near the pool (which we had to use as we had a late pickup) were not checked and cleaned often enough!

    The description of the room view was appalling, we paid extra for a suite and got a view of either a derelict building or a white wall. It was described as a Mountain View, this was possible once you looked past the derelict building and the room was positioned at the back of the hotel adjacent to a nosiy busy road. and we had the pleasure of paying extra for this. The young man on reception was not accommodating and gave the impression he didn't care. when we pointed out the kettle and safe did not function, he didn't do anything about this so when we raised it with another member of staff they stated that he hadn't informed anyone. this poor room description put a real negative feel on the holiday and felt let down by TUI. The outbound flight was delayed 5 hours and we were not informed by any TUI representatives as to the reason for the delay and only found out when the pilot informed us once aboard. this is not acceptable customer service.

    Hotel & staff were excellent - rooms are spaciousness and cleanliness is first class - excellent swimming pool - very relaxing & peaceful. We will definitely return we had the most amazing time.
