    We had booked, at extra cost, a Premium Double Room with Sea View which, to us, is an essential part of our holiday. The room we were original given looked straight across to the other side of the hotel and only if you leaned over the balcony, could you see the sea (to say a side sea view would have been an overstatement). I immediately complained at reception and had a frosty response with the receptionist insisting we had what what we paid for!! After further exchanges we were moved to a far more appropriate room which we were far happier with. The other main problem was that in Tui's description of the Hotel, it said it had a private beach (another important aspect of our holiday) this was trues, but did not say that there were a number of steps down to it and although there was a lift, it quite often didn't work making it totally unreliable for someone like myself who has a heart condition so could not risk climbing back up the steps. Having said that, the pool areas were spacious and the pool boys extremely helpful. The food was JUST acceptable. We have travelled to Tunisia on a number of occasions with Tui and based on previous experience would not rate this Hotel more than 4* maximum
