    “Rechtstreekse vlucht naar Punta Cana met fantastische crew - Slechte terugreis met slechte crew”

    Tijdens de heenreis waren wij binnen 8.5 uur op de plaats van bestemming. De terugreis met tussenstop op Curacao was overbodig en duurde daardoor bijna 13 uur lang alvorens je weer op Nederlandse bodem bent. Tijdens de doorreis naar Curacao was het water op en de WC bij de Tui De Luxe (hoogste klasse van TUI), was defect waardoor je achterin kon aansluiten bij de Economy Class WC's. Coca Cola Light werd geweigerd. Je kon of Champagne met alcohol of jus d'orange met toegevoegde suikers. Mijn man en ik zijn beide geen alcohol gebruikers en vermijden suikerhoudende dranken. Dan kun je dus beter niet met Tui reizen

    Black mould in bathroom around the shower, black mould on the shower gel, shampoo conditioner and shower screen. Overwhelming smell of damp and mildew could be smelt outside the room door: Black mould in the sleeping area, around the beds and headboard. Rooms not cleaned despite raising this with TII rep and Reception! This happened on more than one occasion. Staff openly walking g into rooms without knocking, one poor gentleman had maintenance walk in when he was asleep on the bed, his wife confirmed they did not knock but just entered. Adults only hotel with childish and obnoxious behaviour from other guests, felt like club 18 - 30. Not a 5 star feel to the hotel or conduct was a common experience amongst guests. We were not the only disappointed guests. Disregard by guests for other guests staying at the hotel screaming, shouting at all hours, inappropriate conduct and behaviour of other guests in public areas. Crass behaviour and conduct. Smell of cannabis openly being smoked around the hotel, in rooms, on balconies, around the pool and the beach areas too; ruined our holiday. Yet I was told to move because I was smoking a cigarette near the stage area where there is no designated smoking area at all; but yet at the same time 6 people were sitting outside the sports bar not in an open or discreet space but under cover next to the entrance of the sports bar smoking cannabis with no consequences. Blood spatter on the floor, not cleaned in 3 days, checked out and it was still visible on the floors. Pool surfaces and tiled areas cleaned with same brush/broom that swept the floor areas. Cleaning staff pushing blackened mops around not actively cleaning and removing surface dirt and debris. Pink party, jungle party and neon party guests witness sexual acts being performed in the pools. White party was more tame but still not the experience had at other RIU hotels. I have photos and video evidence of all of the above. Shown to the rep and nothing but excuses given. We pay a lot to stay in these kinds of hotel and lack of the attention to detail seriously dampens the quality and experience. It gives a 3 star vibe definitely not a 5 star

    The room needs a little updating as we had some furniture that was rushed and one of the draws was broken. The 2 white bedside lamp shades were rushed colour not white. But all said it was kept lovely and clean by the cleaners so we were still very happy with the rest of the hotel.
