The hotel is very poor the food is not very good service is very poor

The hotel was amazing, food and drink, entertainment, cleanliness and the staff from the room maids to the bar staff and the waiting staff and not forgetting the entertainment staff, they made this holiday experience amazing and we thank them for this. We made some brilliant friends

The hotel was of a very high standard and very clean, beautiful beaches and amazing friendly staff . The rooms were a bit smaller than the RIU's we stayed at previously in Mexico but manageable. They were cleaned daily to a very hight standard and the staff were very warm and friendly when greeting you around the resort. The entertainment shows was very good along with the RIU Party's and the entertainment team were always approachable and friendly when trying to get you involved. A little disappointed that most of the daily activities were aimed at adults and the family pool was often restricted for use by children while pool aerobics' etc took place. there was no involvement of children by the entertainment team around the pools which was something we noticed and we didn't have children with us, but they had to stop playing for these activities to take place. Also disappointed that there was no lifts at all in any of the room blocks, which made it hard as my room was on the second floor and I have some mobility issues. If you are not fortunate enough to get a ground floor room, you are in trouble if you struggle walking or managing stairs. How can a modern hotel with such good facilities not have at least one lift in any block. When I arrived, we were given an incorrect room and when I queried this, they offered to change me in two days time to a top floor room that managed my booking but the one I had requested was different to one I got. I eventually refused this room as the stairs to top floor were too much and I decided to stick to what I had just to save walking down more stairs. The food restaurants were pretty good and food standards were also good but the buffet restaurants were very repetitive with similar food most days & nights. The Al a carts were good and a more relaxed atmosphere, which was really nice as you felt you were actually in a posh restaurant, but on one occasion in the Steak restaurant they were over booked with not enough staff to meet demand. Customers were left queuing and waiting for food and drinks for long periods and we left without waiting for our puddings as it had been over 40mins. I must say we had an earlier meal in the same restaurant earlier in the holiday, which was very good, so maybe just a bad night. Overall, I would go back to this hotel for the amazing beaches and the lively vibe and warm & friendly atmosphere, but it would be nice if they could correct the little disappointments that we experienced.

Perfect, from check in, to bar/restaurant service, to cleaning everything was perfect. The entertainment was spot on, the entertainment team were amazing and super friendly. They even sent a fresh bowl of fruit to our room when they found out it was our daughters birthday
