    The accommodation was always clean and staff were pleasant and happy to help, however the entairtainment wasn't great and the food wasn't great and got very repetitive

    Its nice rooms with 2 beds. The shower door and our main door could do with some maintenance and hinges loose. Main door wouldnt shut without slamming.

    Specifically, no warnings were provided by TUI or by the Riu accommodation —either during the booking process, in the resort descriptions, or by the TUI representative during our in-resort welcome meeting—regarding the high prevalence of sandflies in the area. While there were several signs along the seaside warning guests about seaweed, there was absolutely no mention of sandflies, their bites, or their potential impact.Unaware of their presence, I mistook the initial bites for standard mosquito bites and applied regular insect repellent, which is ineffective against sandflies. Over the course of several days, the bites escalated into a severe, painful burning sensation and intense itchiness. The situation became so severe that I was forced to seek emergency medical advice. Fortunately, the local medical team prescribed the correct treatment, which I had to pay for out of pocket.This distressing situation, along with the physical discomfort and unexpected medical expenses, completely overshadowed and ruined my holiday. During my stay, I noticed numerous other guests with similar severe bites on their legs, indicating that this is a widespread and known issue in the area.Had TUI provided a simple advisory notice in the destination description, I would have traveled prepared with the correct preventative measures and medication. This lack of transparency is particularly concerning when considering families traveling with young children who may react even more severely.As a result of this experience, my confidence in booking future holidays with TUI has been significantly shaken. I believe that tour operators have a duty of care to inform guests of known local environmental discomforts or health hazards.

    This is my second time at Bambu first time was 20 years ago and it was my best my far. This year entertainment was very poor entertainment staff were not interested in including the English holidaymakers. Pool music was mostly Spanish and when asked if they could put a mixture of music they were rude. Some staff were better than others put they dealt with the local people firstly especially whilst waiting for drinks
