    I found this \"all inclusive\" holiday to not be very inclusive. One of the main reasons a family of 4 book an all inclusive holiday is to ensure the kids can have access to snacks & drinks all day long. To find out that in actual fact no ice creams, cones, ice lollies etc were included in an all inclusive package was shocking. The adult all inclusive drinks consisted of 1 beer and a choice of 3 mass produced cocktails. If you didnt like them then you were stuck with paying for a drink or coke, orange fizzy juice etc. Very very poor selections. The food at the hotel was of a sub par quality. The labelling of the food that was there was terrible; \"assorted tapas\", \"assorted pastries\" etc. No mention of what was included for allergens or taste. On 1 occasion the chef actually thought it would be ok to give me a telling off for placing the food tong in the \"wrong\" place. I'm sorry but I dont go on holiday to be told off by someone! The quality of the food was poor, grease dripping off most things, very unappealing. The condition of the hotel bar seats was terrible. Ripped, holes tore out them.wiyh the foam padding showing. Of the 4 lifts only 1 was working at a time, the other 3 continually broke down. On a whole this was one of the worst holidays I've been on with Tui. The nightly entertainment was poor also. Whether the kids or the adult shows later on both were terrible. The mini golf that was onsite was dire. The course was very old and worn and at every hole the stand which displayed the hole number, if there, was cracked, had holes in it etc. Water displays with no water and looking derelict. The walking paths and bridges had little to no lights as most were missing and not replaced. For the cost of this holiday I was expecting much better quality of accommodation and services. As for the on site rep we never saw her once. The table was there & the tui signage but the rep was non existent.
