Very poor service Hotel staff very un welcoming/ advice / ect sold water park add on tickets for all inclusive services only to find out that the only food available was cheese pizza and chips ( my daughter being lactose was very happy with the options ( but better to come drinks available where cheep wine and very poor beer. !!!!!! FIRST DAY. !! YET IT CONTINUES. Mid way through week we had a storm this meant rain hence wet !!!! Not a problem when you have a hotel room to sit and stay dry in !!!! You would think !!! No not us we were happy to find our new rain water / mixed with battery / yellow colour healthy liquid directly above us whilst sleeping !! Obviously not to make a massive issue reporting to reception was the best option for help !!! WRONG !!! Receptionists obviously realising i was us as a family that had instructed the lord above to make the apartment above gather the rain and poor from our ceiling and ruin there room !! Not our wet bedding or clothes !! Prompt service pending !!!! 3 more visits to report 3 more interrogation about our purposely made up damaged ceiling ( because we like wet clothes and wet bed !!! There coming help !!!!! 5hrs later !! A mob bucket and new sheet for the yellow stained mattres and no apologies what's so ever !! We had a tramps mattress to sleep on. !!! Great hotel staff service amazing location and accommodation thanks ( il definitely book again please send me any offers on homelessness shelter holidays .

The only thing the we had trouble with in the hotel room was the air conditioning system. It leaked every day. Everyday we had to go to reception to ask to fix it. It stopped for a couple of hours and then leaked again.0

Litt slitt hotell

We have always done two weeks away, but 2 weeks felt like a month here! The days dragged as its so secluded! The transfer to the hotel took 3 hours! As most of the driver kept getting lost and was only dropping off one at a time. Very poorly organised. When we eventually arrived at our hotel at 23:45 after arriving in Gran Canaria at 20:10!! We was greeted with a wonderful dry sandwich as nothing was open! Also they was not able to find my booking! The food at the hotel was very basic, drinks we're awful. All pre made out of a coffee machine! Tasted of pure sugar! Cleanliness of the hotel was very good, always smelt clean. Did not see a tui rep once, Jet 2 there every day! There was no inflatables allowed at the pool, also the pool had to shut on two occasions due a gentleman opening their bowels in there! Police arrived at the hotel on two occasions due to domestic abuse. An elderly lady was hit by the same person from them throwing a chair off the balcony! Every night my partner was approached by drug dealers whilst we was with our 4 year old! Definitely not safe for families. Entertainment very very poor. Rarely seen throughout the day, made no effort with families at all, unless you were Spanish! One of the animation team was very rude to my daughter, i understand there may be a language barrier, but her body language was dreadful! The team only cared about their own vanity and pleasing themselves! One show they put on (Chicago) very provocative not family friendly at all! Also, no kids Entertainment on a Sunday I believe. Everywhere I have been, they ensured that there was always something on! Definitely would not go back! Tui should remove this as a recommendation! Not that anyone will read this

Hotell som väl uppfyller beskrivningen vid bokningen. Bra och hjälpsam personal dygnet runt på hotellet. Samt super bra mat i restaurangen.
