It was a bit run down and tired, it needs an extensive makeover. There was a problem with a missing patio table, a malfunctioning air conditioning unit ( which was never resolved)in the room, some power sockets were not working, and room service was hit and miss. However, the food was plentiful and varied and the restaurant staff cleaned the tables very quickly. The swimming pool and aqua park are what makes the hotel. As it is at the moment, I’m Not sure that the hotel meets modern holiday makers expectations, but with a bit of effort it could do.

Hotel was very poor pools was dirty, hotel room not clean and we had to wash the towels for a shower and dry them ourselves as they wasn’t changed

Dirty, worn down, dangerous with bare electrics, trip hazards. Leaking air con, beds not changed, towels not changed. Door hinges came off bathroom, mould spores, stained bed.

Waterpark and kids water was brilliant my children loved it aged 2 and 11. Food lovely loads of choices. Apartment was spacious and I had ground floor enough space to play for kids outside while I could chill and watch

Hotel was ok but had issues with missing items in rooms. Pool dirty. Food boring. General messy. Toilets disgusting around reception.
