The accommodation needs a few issues resolved. Upgrades

Our apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff work tirelessly to keep communal areas clean but sometimes clientele left the areas around the pool and pool bar in a mess but this isn’t the fault of the staff. We had an issue with the hairdryer in the apartment and the reception team handled it quickly and the maintainance man came and replaced it straight away. The food was plentiful and always so much choice we never went away hungry. Some of the loungers (especially in the water park section) were a bit dated. On the subject of sunloungers though there were lots available. We never struggled to get one even if we went for a walk in the morning and didn’t get back till lunch we still managed to find 3 together for us. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. It was great value for money and we would definitely go back again.

This is a great holiday/Hotel for families with children but in all honesty adult only I would avoid

The accommodation was fine I was disappointed with the food it was cold.

The Accomodation was filthy, ants all over the place, the air on was leaking and the filter was black with dirt and grime. Room service did not replace bedding with fresh item just made the bed. Staff were quite rude. And awful hotel
