Staff were superb especially Silvo and the housekeeping team (however housekeeping seemed understaffed and took a while for room to be cleaned but was amazing once done). Location is perfect however EXTREMELY disappointed that we could not go in the sea for the whole holiday by hotel due to a sewerage leak - especially as we went there to snorkel and took our own kit. Rooms - bed was comfiest ever, bathroom was fine but basic and shower head couldn't be moved up or down. Rooms were well worn but comfy, also odd to have a kettle and nothing else (no coffee or cups etc). Salt pool was lovely also. Food - a good basic selection but other than salad and vegetables vegetarian options were extremely limited so we had a few meals out.

Dirty, dated and underwhelming hotel desperately in need of repairs and updating. The food was cold and repetitive and mostly inedible. The pool area was in need of repair and dirty. The beach was closed due to sewage leak from the hotel. The room was dirty, dated and in a state of disrepair and not cleaned the whole time we were there, the bedding was changed once and towels changed a few times bit no cleaning done at all. I have stayed in far better hostels. The addition of around 70 teenagers on a school trip running riot around the hotel for 3 nights was the icing on the cake.

Need more activities and entertainment Also everyday same food menu is a bit boring.

Cold food, drinks awful the free ones. If you paid they were good. Food repetitive. Ate bananas most of the holiday or ate out which was expensive . Bathroom drain open , asked for sea view given the car park over the kitchens which stank. No Tui rep. No notification of pick up to the airport. Very very disappointed ☹️ even the locals said the hotel was an embarrassment as it gave Orebić a bad representation. I want to make a formal complaint and request some form of compensation

Positives: Fantastic view from balcony. Good size room. Kettle and fridge appreciated. Lovely staff. Food -mainly great with free drinks with dinner. Local ferry trips from Orebic to beautiful Korcula for its style and restaurants. Negatives: Loud, brightly lit, canteen styled dining room. Hotel felt 'budget' and had a slightly sad atmosphere. Small, cramped shower. Stunning scenery but 2.5 hours from Dubrovnik where most trips start.
