“Hotel nordeste playa 2 Personen”

Das Hotel beuchten wir zum 3. Mal. Es ist sauber und Preis/Leistung ok. Das Essen sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Service im Speisesaal ausbaufähig. Defekte Kaffeeautomaten, defekter Saftautomat von insgesamt 2 über die ganzen 2 Wochen. Automaten oft leer zB Bier. Man musste sich Mitarbeiter suchen. Gäste meist weiblich, die ihre langen Haare in Buffet hängen lassen. Das war nicht so appetitlich. Lange Haare sollten im Speisesaal zurückgebunden sein.

The hotel could do with a make over. I am a wheelchair user but the lifts where to small for my chair and had to leave it at reception. The food was very basic and was favoured for the Germans which the hotel was full of.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Pokój świetny,łazienka super.Szukalismy miejsca które będzie w centrum , blisko plaża oraz dobra komunikacja miejska. Na tych wakacjach wszystko to mieliśmy. Co do jedzenia to może i nie można było zbytnio wybierać ale wszystko smakowało 😊

The location of the Nordeste playa was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach. The hotel is large and clean. The room was fairly small but it was cleaned every day to a good standard. The hairdryer was next to the sink which I thought dangerous. The safe was chargeable which we didn’t use as never had to pay before. The balcony was narrow and a slip hazard and the hotel kitchen staff sat on the kerb opposite our room and smoked cigarettes and joints. The food was absolutely awful and I can honestly say we didn’t enjoy very much. There were chips every night but no other potatoes except mashed potato one evening. I didn’t eat any of the meat or fish. The soup was like dishwater the lamb was mainly bones. I ate some salad, pizza and pasta most of the week. The restaurant staff were not friendly and walk around miserable. There was one young lady who had just started and she was smiling . The plates and bowls were chipped and some glasses not clean The desserts were the worst id ever seen so didn’t eat them. We heard one bar staff woman arguing loudly on the phone with her husband. We had booked this holiday on a spur of the moment as we had recently had a bereavement and went into the TUI shop. We should have took more time in choosing and gone away and thought about it but the TUI rep in the shop said the price may change or not be available so advised us booking it there and then. Checked at home and could have got it £50 cheaper doing online like we usually do so won’t be doing a shop booking again. Never book a 3 star hotel again you definitely get what you pay for. The Nordeste playa is a budget hotel but with a perfect location to the beach.
