The hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms were good size and I had requested a good view as i was travelling alone with my 6 year old. Food was okay with a wide variety. Drinks were limited, maybe a few cocktail selections for all inclusive. i would just like to mention that some staff on bar/restaurant were not welcoming at all. No smile or welcome. Sometimes when approaching these staff it was off putting. Entertainment could be better, mini disco was a hit but entertainment after that was poor. Me and my little boy thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Hotel is over run with people from other countries. Cleaners don’t know how to clean. Food was appalling. Selection was very minimal and barely child friendly foods. Certainly nothing but salad and potatoes for vegetarians

When we arrived our toilet seat was broken, the sink plug broken/jammed and not emptying & the shower valve to switch between tap and shower was also broken/would not stay up for the shower. The woodwork within the room was in disrepair, swollen & damaged showeing signs of significant water damage including doors. Bedside table top very damaged & uneven. We did report the bathroom issues and I will admit these were resolved within that same afternoon however shouldn't have happened in the first place. Sadly the rest of the issues we did not feel safe/confident to report without a tui rep on site in fear of retaliation as we had a whole 2 weeks to stay. Cleaners did a good job with what they had to work with. Rest of hotel also run down. Pool side & main reception toilets - tissue holder also broken & bin broken. Pools - pool side & steps very slippery. I fell & have a huge bruise but okay. Learned with floor tiles we safe to stand on & which shiny ones weren't. Several broken loungers. Main bar - understaffed. Lady bar staff during the early day very friendly & no issue. Male barman very unwelcoming/aggressive, especially in the evening. When asking for water, we recieved huffs & eye rolls as the water dispenser on their bar tap is slow. We ended up buying water for the rest of the holiday instead. Another incident is where I went to get an alcoholic drink to be told my table had too many alcoholic drinks on it. There was 7 of us on the table & 2 people do not drink alcohol. I had no drinks at all. He reluctantly gave me one. We had been out on excursions & main strip for the 3 evenings before this incident so I hadn't even been using the all inclusive! It was 22:30 so still within all inclusive time & we weren't drunk/being a nuisance... we were playing UNO with kids also! I am not sure if it's because I am a woman, or because we are from the UK. We are very polite people & let a lot pass hence we didn't kick up a fuss about the state of the hotel but this main barmen really ruined it for us. I have never been to an all inclusive & this was an awful experience. We ended up using the other bar towards the end which had mostly female bartenders who were friendly and welcoming. Food - okay, but pretty much the same every day. Restaurant staff lovely. Entertainment - very little. We booked here because of the entertainment but was vert disappointed. Bingo, kareoke & the live music was good on 3 out of the 14 evenings we were there. Very little to do otherwise. Taxi's - although not related to the hotel/holiday package I feel TUI needs to warn tourists going to crete about the taxi scams. We were often over charged and when we challenged how the 25 euro they were asking for is not the 15 euro displayed on their meter tge taxi driver would get aggressive Sadly, we would not reconmend this hotel & disappointed TUI pulled out/removed their rep which left us feeling unable to safely raise concerns/complaints

Hotel na wzgórzu z ładnym widokiem, większość pokoi z widokiem na morze. Pokój trafił się nam na obrzeżach ale ogólnie nie narzekaliśmy bo mięliśmy ładny widok na morze i na miasto nocą. Dla osób, które nie lubią chodzić po schodach może być uciążliwe. Pokój przestronny, łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja ok, łazienka w trochę gorszym stanie. W wannie zamontowana szyba, ale zdecydowanie za mała i woda leje się na łazienkę. Co nie byłoby takie straszne gdyby były ręczniki dywanikowe albo coś do wytarcia, ale na podłodze była tylko plastikowa podkładka. Deska pożółkła, drzwi odrapane - nie było klimatu 4 gwiazdkowego. Ale pokój całkiem fajny. Leżaki przy basenach - oczywiście zarezerwowane, niektóre miały pokrowce i były zarezerwowane dzień i noc. Mimo że jest informacja że obsługa będzie zdejmowała- nigdy tego nie robili, więc niektóre leżaki były zarezerwowane i nieużywane przez cały dzień. Dużo zepsutych. Jedzenie ogólnie ok ale w porównaniu z innymi hotelami średniej jakości owoce i pomidory. Na wycieczkę zamówiliśmy wczesne śniadanie, myśleliśmy że to nam wystarczy. Pani w recepcji zaproponowała nam też lunchbox i dobrze, że go wzięliśmy bo wczesne śniadanie to tylko ciasto i kawa/napoje. No i duży minus za brak śniadania w dniu przylotu i brak śniadania w dniu wylotu. Jeden posiłek byliśmy do tyłu. Jeżeli doba hotelowa zaczyna się od lunchu to powinna kończyć się na śniadaniu. Więc w dniu wylotu warto kupić sobie coś w sklepie bo zostaniecie bez jedzenia. Wyjazd mięliśmy o 4.30. Wylot 7.30. No i plaża…. Niestety nie moja bajka. Ale to kwestia gustu. Plaża z jeżowcami więc warto mieć buty. Do miasta kawałek ale spacerkiem całkiem przyjemnie. Animacje podobno były ale dużo siedzieliśmy na basenie i tam nic się nie działo. Ponoć była siatkówka. Byliśmy 3 razy zobaczyć- boisko puste. Obsługa miła

From balcony l could see only olive tree spouse to be sea view.. absolutely ridiculous.. ants in the room.. all inclusive alcohol was very cheap poor quality.. for cocktails extra pay.. felt like second category guest.. very disappointed
