    excellent value for money. all inclusive food and drink on tap practically all day. bar 24hr. clean rooms, excellent hotel staff. great pool. overall very satisfied

    The staff struggled with English. Bar staff were slightly rude until I complained. Then they became over exaggerated in their behaviour. Cleaning staff were overall nice. The hotel staff didn't tell us where a lot of the snack bars were so we missed out on a lot. Entertainment was not good. It was the same activities which started very late. Only the fire show was very good. The entertainment staff were quite rude overall, not even saying hello when they passed by. They were focused only on people whom they could get good reviews and money from. Food was good. Facilities were overall ok. It was a bit boring at times.

    The staff beginning at reception with Mourad, jokey and very welcoming. Onto the bar staff, a young lad with glass and a waistcoat friendly and jovial. He's the one that makes the rounds often collecting the empties and offering drinks. Then into the restaurant and the service provided by Omar. He was diligent, friendly and very professional. He has his eye on the ball with what people needed whilst at the tables and providing tables. He was a joy to be around and we made sure we sat where he was waiting at the tables. Finally, Ali at the snack area by the pool, very friendly and very professional. The hotel managers had no aires and graces about them, mixing with a variety of clientele in a variety of languages. Overall superb!

    Beautiful hotel and room, although we had to wait till 4.30 pm as the cleaners was still working. Food got better as the week went on. Entertainment staff was ok, but they kept pressuring us to give them 5 stars on trip advisor and Google so that they can take a screenshot and send it to their manager.
