    Food wasn't to our taste poor maid service, some services in the bar were awful staff were more concerned about their tips that anything else , but on a positive side probably good value for money

    Clean hotel. Nice presentation. Food: poor- no mix up in foods- often cold, lots of flys when doors were open no candles or fly traps to stop. Pool/snack bar : did not have any covers on the food for the flys which then put you off the food, if you didn’t get the food as it was coming out it was cold. Drinks: watered down everything which made the drinks hard to drink as often tasted like water, caught bar staff watering the syrups down. Glass were small so would recommend taken a cup with you. Had to go out for food. Pool- very sandy in pool needed a clean , only able to use one pool even though sister hotel pool can be accessed you can use but unable to get a drink there until nighttime when entertainment was on- seating wasn’t very nice no cushions in sister hotels chairs. Sunbeds uncomfortable- some people was able to get a sunbed mattress but lifeguard would only do it if they liked you we asked multiple days and they just said yes and never returned, even when asked again. Staff were fab doing there best, Animation team were fab try to get you involved in activity’s.
