    Due to a very late check-in we should’ve been given do not disturb signs and more information about the safe and towel procedures. The room would’ve been fine despite it needing an upgrade but the main issue was that we’d been given twin beds instead of a double bed. Didn’t want to make a fuss but still annoying. The rooms did look dirty and a basic clean was all they did. The hotel could have more umbrellas dotted about but overall it was a lovely break, the staff were lovely, food was good - plenty of choice. The A La carte restaurant was fun. We asked for late checkout which we paid €65 - very convenient due to our late flight. I’ll definitely be going back to Corfu!

    Filthy, spiders everywhere in the room. Room has hair from previous guest. Floor had crumbs and dirt. Spider on walls, ceiling, toilet, shower, Behind curtains. Rooms not cleaned properly. Blood on walls. Bed bugs. Cut my arm on reception counter by a random shard of glass. Sewage smell coming through drains in room. Blocked drains. From of hotel had constant strong sewage smell. Pool ambience not great. Not 4 star quality

    Accommodation was very good, lovely room, very comfy beds, great air conditioning, tea station with kettle and fresh towels every day. Lovely big balcony and lovely friendly and kind cleaners, very nice when my grandson wet the bed.

    Accommodation clean but had to keep going to reception because only having two bath towels or two hand towels never two of each
