I opted for a sea view. It was well worth the extra money. Room was bigger than many suites I’ve stayed in. Bed; king sized was really comfortable, bathroom; shower over a big deep bath, always plenty of hot water, shampoo/body wash/ soap provided was excellent quality. Room cleaned, bed linen and towels changed daily.

Accommodation was close to shops and restaurants, just need to be aware of people on the streets as if you get into a conversation with them they will try to take money from you. Just need to be mindful not to engage with everyone.

The accommodation was definitely not 5*, even by Turnisin standards. The bathroom was dated and the shower was broken ( the shower did get fixed after 2 days thanks to our TUI rep) I had to queue to get a plate and then queue to get food. Only having the 1 restaurant there wasn't that much choice, snacks were limited to pastries. Getting towels for the sun loungers was another game of luck having to wait around an hour to get one as it was a mad dash when fresh ones came out. Definitely not enough sun loungers by both pools another game of chance/ luck. The hotel was not on the beach but across a road which is fine but no clear sunbeds there for the hotel. That end of the beach was very dirty and full of rubbish.

Awful. The hotel food was exactly the same every lunch and dinner. Extremely difficult with allergies - They had no idea and I put myself at risk every day. All inc drink - disgusting, tasted like battery acid (in light of Thailand at the moment - this was disgrace). Al a crate restaurant - opened 1 night a week and served the same awful (unlabelled so no dietary requirement) food as restaurant but just plated and served to us. Cleanliness - pool wasn’t particularly clean, pool towels seen better days, poolside snack bar (open only 1hour 4-5pm and had 3 things pizza and cake - again can’t eat for allergies) should be condemned. Hotel had obv spent money on foyer as that was the cleanest thing and most modern. Entertainment - loads of typical daytime stuff but evening entertainment was poor & catered mainly for kids. So didn’t waste my time. Had to change rooms 3times as Awful WiFi. Had to eat out and get drinks outside of hotel (where I felt unsafe as solo traveller) as hotel was so poor. How Tui can say it’s 5* is beyond me. No fitness room, unclean, horrendous food, awful alcoholic drinks. I would struggle to say it 3*
