I booked an accessible room with a sea front balcony. . I expected an accessible room.with Seaview and balcony. I coniacted Tui twice prior to the holiday to ensure these details were booked. Tui confirmed this was the case. On arrival at the hotel, reception had no idea I had booked an accessible room and consequently none were available. The hotel did put a chair in the shower but could do nothing with regard to raising the toilet seat or grab rails in the shower and around the toilet or on the balcony. Thank goodness I didn't fall!

The service at Hotel Illa D’Or was awful. A constant wait for food and drink service including breakfast. Rooms small and shabby.

Wonderful views from the rooms at the front of the hotel. The day bed on the terrace….a great idea but far far too hot with no real shade to use it. An awning (present on top floor rooms) would be welcome on the first floor terraces too.

Our hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. the only problem was the bathroom, it was not really very private when needing the loo, the room was on the small side. We had a lovely chilled out relaxing week and hopefully we will return.
