    The hotel was sold as a 4*, in our opinion, this was way above what we had. On arrival we were given a bag with a cheese sandwich and an apple, if we wanted water, we had to pay for a bottle at the bar! The room was not shown in the accommodation pictures online, they were clean, but very tired, furniture paint scuffed and very dated. The balcony was small but suited our needs for the week, however the railings on the walls of both rooms weren't secure. Towels weren't the white you expect to see on holiday, but obviously very well used and discoloured. Blankets were not provided and on 1 occasion one of the sheets when replaced was damp verging on wet at the edges, the 2nd room actually had the no of sheets reduced, the additional sheet being used as a supplement for warmth. The all inclusive was very poor. No water dispensers available until the pool bar opened in the afternoon, the pool bar only served lager, wine and soft drinks, snacks were provided at this bar at 4pm which consisted of only rolls and pizza. Restaurant food was also poor quality, food trays weren't replaced immediately once empty and selection was awful. Flies were always present on the fruit selection which only consisted of watermelon, bananas cut in half and apples. The bar opened at 6pm, the lager was awful, tasted as though watered down, a few cocktails were offered in the all inclusive but they too were undrinkable, there was was a charge for tonic water! Very poor standard 4* all inclusive.

    horrendous holiday experience for a all inclusive had to spend more time eating out as food was either cold or at best luke warm the snacl bar left food sitting there to go cold befopre they served and they only did that for 1 hr all inclusive drinks was either beer or wine spirits after 6pm that were watered down and charged for the mixer ie tonic coke and zero entertainment all day no music nothing
