Love the hotel , the staff are friendly food is great , rooms are dated but very clean. This was my second time to the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

We have previously stayed at this hotel-however this time we were charged extra for air conditioning and sun beds on the beach. Feel tui should make people aware of these extra charges

We had a terrible experience at Venice airport. One of our party was separated from the group at passport control and we had to wait over 2 and a half hours for them as they had to join the family queue with only 1 kiosk open. Our hotel had been changed by tui just days before the holiday so now more stress. The hotel was in a similar location but was very outdated. The breakfast was poor, whereas the one we had chosen did a cooked breakfast. We had a stress throughout the holiday about whether we would make the flight home if we had the same delays at passport. We asked for an earlier transfer which happened although the check in gate didn’t open until 2 hours before so we were just waiting there for longer- no one had explained this. There were other families in the same situation and everyone was very anxious

Everything was first class, staff, food and cleanliness.
