    Literally just stayed at this hotel from 20-27 oct 2026. Please be aware of the following:- A junior suite in particular room 554, should be avoided like the plague. The room stinks of damp and musty odour It sits directly above the Irish pub “the Dubliner”. Whilst the singers can hold a tune, being forced to listen to it until the early hours is not worth the extra money. You get a tea and coffee supply with a kettle upon arrival but even though you have booked a “better” room, your tea and coffee supplies DO NOT GET REPLACED when the room is cleaned. The buffet serves lukewarm food and only partly cooked. I had chicken from the show grill and it wasn’t cooked right through, and I had unfortunately already eaten the other small medallion. I went to report it but by the time I got back the food had disappeared so I had no evidence to show. However I do have a video of cockroaches. One in our room crawling all over our cups etc and one in the buffet restaurant. I will try to upload the videos, if there is the facility to do so. My husband became ill, after eating lukewarm meatballs, also from sickness and diarrhoea which lasted for 5 days. This totally ruined our holiday. Our friends stayed in room 30 and they also became very ill after eating the same as us, and they became the latest victims of the sickness and diarrhoea bout for the last day. The service, if you can call it that, at the pool bar was horrendous and I imagine a lot more complaints will be coming about that very soon. The so called sky bar was a complete joke as well. Very small so called pool, which seemed to be the general consensus of other guests. I have stayed in the other H10 hotels in Tenerife and thought how nice they were, hence I am so disappointed by the complete absence of professionalism here. Lastly, my friends in room 30 tried everyday to book the Japanese sushi restaurant but were unable to do so even though on checking each evening there was never any more than 10-15 people! Basically, unless like us you are happy to waste your money, my advice is to stay away. The Bitacora and Troya which are nearby, knocks spots off this 10 and are well worth the money. Please note this is not a bad review based on any false information. The other video is 49 secs long of the cockroaches in our room so it won’t let me post.     “Bruyant”

    Hôtel dans une rue principale très animées( magasins, restaurants, discothèques, etc..) Nous avions une chambre côté rue ( petite chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 ado) . Impossible de dormir avant 2H du matin.
