Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. We were in a suite on the 5th floor with fantastic views of the lake & mountains. The room was serviced daily and kept spotless. Our only complaint and it’s a personal preference was the mattress was too firm. Lovely pool area which is quite small but was never crowded (late September), it was kept spotlessly clean. The pool was heated with a whirlpool within the main pool. Drinks ordered at the bar were served to your sunbed, which was a nice treat. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options; Prosecco was available along with a chef to order your preferred choice of how you wanted your eggs cooked (not poached though); staff were very friendly especially Amalie (I think I’ve got that right). The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the old town either along the main road or along the lake which is just beautiful. Lots of restaurants local to the hotel if you didn’t want to walk. A Trentino card was offered on check in for free bus rides & within the Trentino region & also into some museums, well worth it. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday; Riva is stunning.

Fantastic hotel. No complaints about any aspect of it. Worth mentioning the very friendly helpful staff fantastic breakfast selection.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at the hotel. We love it and the reception staff know us. I do wish they offered half board. Breakfast was great.
