Accomodation was marked as a 3* Plus TUI rating. Positives were that it was very clean everywhere and maintained throughout our stay. Based on experience of other 3* all inclusive I would say this fell short of a 3* plus rating. The AI drinks choices were very poor as were the daytime snacks. AI food was good some days, not so good others with meat often being extremely overcooked and dry. Staff were very pleasant throughout

I take full responsibility for my choice of accommodation, but I believe it is important to share my experience honestly so that future guests can make an informed decision. The room was disappointing and we had a standard option. The furniture was very old and there was a strong smell of mould mixed with what seemed to be insect/bag repellent, which made the room unpleasant to stay in. The bathroom was also very dated and in need of renovation. On the positive side, I have to acknowledge that the staff did make an effort to clean both the room and the bathroom well. Unfortunately, the food was another major disappointment. There were multiple trays and a reasonable amount of choice at first glance, but the food was mostly repetitive. I also had the impression that some dishes were being reused or prepared from leftovers from previous meals. I won't deny that, if you looked carefully, you could occasionally find one meal that was enjoyable, but overall this did not feel like a proper all-inclusive buffet. The drinks at the bar were also of very poor quality. Most drinks appeared to be heavily diluted with water. At times, the beer tasted more like tap water than beer, while the other alcoholic drinks were extremely low quality. I have previously stayed at an all-inclusive hotel in another part of Greece, where the local drinks included in the package were actually quite decent, so I know that better standards are possible. In this hotel, I ended up drinking only water that we purchased ourselves from outside. Even water was not properly available between meals. The only water available during those periods was from one pool bar, and it appeared to be ordinary tap water rather than filtered water. Overall, I found the accommodation and the all-inclusive offering far below what I expected. I understand that different hotels have different standards, and I accept responsibility for choosing this particular property. However, I believe future customers deserve to know the reality

Given a room that we didn’t book, however they did change it the next day.
