It was clean all of the staff were friendly and helpful

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Holiday in Greece! 🇬🇷❤️ We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel in Greece and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and relaxing. The staff were absolutely lovely — so kind, helpful and always happy to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Their hospitality really made the experience special. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and there was such a lovely atmosphere throughout. The food was delicious with plenty of choices, and we especially enjoyed being able to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the beautiful surroundings. 🌊☀️ This holiday gave us some really beautiful memories that we will always remember. Greece is absolutely stunning, and staying at this hotel made our trip even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome and looked after. ❤️ We would definitely love to come back again! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇬🇷

Lovely accommodation , already been to the Stella collections the last 4 years

The hotel is only 2 years old. The architecture and set up was great. No reference in Tui holiday description that the pools were saltwater! Our room was fab even though our balcony faced a wall we didn’t use it as we were at the pool all day so not an issue. Room well set out and very clean! 4 restaurants, using mainly Nomad the buffet restaurant. Food was repetitive, often cold, long queues and they couldn’t keep up with volume and replenishment. Replenish staff kept getting in the way. On arrival at the hotel at 03:30 the checking in process was drawn out and we weren’t offered a drink ie a bottle of water or hot drink! Last day showers have no extraction so I was more wet than when I went in and when there are several of you showering in one place it was so hot! I also felt that average age range was 25 to 45, so the DJ by the pool and Beach party was geared for them and did not capture the over 59s of which there was plenty staying. We had a great holiday despite this and if improvements described were put in place we would go again although I note that prices have honestly through the roof for next year Thank you
