Large number of school trips during the week. A/C was weak but did work. Room placement wasn’t the best as it was just a tree. There was a booking issue form your side whereby I had 2 rooms.

You have to pay a euro for each reusable cup and you have to return with 24 hours for money back which is not mentioned when your first purchase them. Only one bar open at night which has a huge queue of people waiting

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall found it to be a lovely, scenic property with beautiful surroundings. The service staff were friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant to interact with, which made our stay more enjoyable. The room itself was simple but comfortable and had everything we needed. However, there were some issues that impacted our experience. The all-inclusive package relied heavily on apps, and we found accessibility and usability of these apps to be quite frustrating at times. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was below expectations. There was hair present in the bathroom upon arrival, and there were noticeable stains on the toilet, which was disappointing. A more serious issue occurred when my husband became locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door handle. As there was no way to contact reception directly from the room, and reception was unattended for a period of time, he was trapped for approximately an hour before assistance could be arranged. This was both frustrating and concerning from a safety perspective. While the hotel benefits from a beautiful location and excellent staff, improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication systems would significantly enhance the overall experience.
