    Staff outstanding , nothing was too much trouble. Food the best we have ever had. Pool and sun beds were excellent

    We have stayed at the hotel before and the accommodation and meal choices are excellent, definitely not your usual half board with the 5 course dinner menu, this is fully complimented by the staff who are definitely 5 star.

    Third time at this accommodation we love it can’t fault it the staff are fabulous can’t do enough for you there’s no fighting for sunbeds just so peaceful. Rooms are all situated facing the pool which is a bonus The bus service that runs to the resort was a little unreliable this visit and the last bus was 7.30pm back from kos to hotel which was a bit early when last year it was 11.10pm don’t really know why timings have changed but think it would have been good if we had been told at the time of the booking about these changes or before we went it didn’t spoil the holiday just was a bit more costly as had to get taxis a lot more would highly recommend this hotel

    “Hotel Diamond Delux KOS”

    Das Hotel war super schon. Das Hotelpersonal und der Service beim Abendessen super nett und zuvorkommend. Was weniger erfreulich war das es an der Hotelbar kein gezapftes Bier (nur Flaschen) gab und die Preise für Wein und Coktails im Vergleich zu KOS-Stadt überteuert waren. Wahrscheinlich ein Grund das an der Bar nicht viel los war, selbst an den Abenden mit Live Musik. Der Strand Kies/Sand war für ein 5 Sterne Haus sehr ungepflegt ! (Viel Plastik und Algenablagerungen)

    One small issue with hotel dinners. We appreciated the menu selections and how it was served at table. However, we did not eat a hot main dish all week. We did raise it with hotel management but nothing changed.
