3 star hotel at the top of a very steep road. One way down to the beach (which was fantastic). Anyone with mobility issues wouldn't stand a chance of getting around the hotel or being able to leave the hotel due to the steep paths everywhere. ALL INCLUSIVE it was NOT. All inclusive should be all inclusive- not charges for safe, Pool towels etc. Room had a kettle and 2 cups but no tea/coffe or water. Meals were awful. Cold/barely warm food. Unidentified meats. Uncooked veg! We ate out a lot. The pool bar closed at 6pm. The bar in the outdoor terrace area opened at nine and offered beer, wine or 5 bottles of various local spirits (more like paint stripper). No cocktails. They had no beer for 3 days! The room was in need of complete refurbishment. Clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was very grubby and smelly. 3 star - nope. The staff did the best with what they had. Not up to Tui standards!!

Where do I start,I had the worst holiday ever and felt really let down by TUI as I feel that you sent us to bad hotel ,the hotel we should have gone to in Puerto Rico looked so much better than ours and more accessible than ours ,the food was awful ,we had a cockroach in our room which made me feel anxious for the rest of the holiday I couldn't rest at all I was on edge all week .I would never go back to that hotel again for a future holiday there was only 18 guests when we arrived,when we left there was 4 that doesn't give a great review of the hotel does it .You couldn't fault the staff and the cleanliness and the views were lovely , although they gave us the wrong room they said they didn't but I know they did .The manager upgraded us but made a comment about it after he didn't like it that I made a complaint.
