Our hotel was perfect for a young family as we had entertainment, child friendly pools, and we could walk into town for trips to the beach and not have to worry about shuttle busses or taxis.

Clean hotel and pleasant staff

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. Massive balcony and beautiful view. Only thing was it was next to the playpark so there were unsupervised children screaming until 11pm. Take earplugs!

Just returned from a one weeks stay here with my wife, kids and mother in law. What a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location! We’ve had the time of our lives and we’re really sad to leave! Room: people say they’re dated, I would say they’re more traditional Spanish, no air con however the sea breeze is more than enough, it reached 37 degrees here in May and we managed! The balcony was huge. We did have an issue with a kitchen floor tile that cracked and blew, presumably due to water ingress, the lady at reception relocated us to the room next door with no issues and we could see the maintenance men fixing the floor, it was fixed really quickly! The rooms were so quiet that we didn’t hear them doing their work! Restaurant: I personally thought the food was great with a large selection every meal time. My personal favourite was the steak. I’ve also eaten my weight in desserts! The Gateaux’s were to die for! We had guests ranging from 3 years old to 57 years old and we all ate well each meal time. Snack Bar: located in the pool bar, they served a variety of food, my kids loved the hot dogs, I liked the burgers and my wife: the tuna sandwiches. In the pool bar it was self service for soft drinks and tea and coffee. Cruzcampo on tap! Drinks: the drinks included in the all inclusive were pretty good, Cruzcampo on tap from 10am, Sangria (you can get a jug of this to take back to your room), white sangria was my favorite! Soft drinks, rum, whiskey, mocktails.. it was a great selection. My wife liked the honey rum! The drinks were really strong, they don’t scrimp here!! Staff: Absolutely fantastic!! Nothing was too much of an issue, pools cleaned daily, bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive and the animation team were brilliant!!!! Amenities: laundrette, 1 supermarket, 2 gift shops, pub, bar, restaurant, rental place (we hired a push chair for the week and a bike for 4 hours one day). Pools: the kids actually preferred the enclosed pool, even though slightly cooler but they were great once you were in! The pool by the sea front is more lively with music and right next to the bar - that one was my favourite!! Courtyards: beautiful with amazing palm trees, cactus and budgies. All in all I’d go back in a heart beat! What an incredible place!
