    “Urlaub als Familie 07/2026”

    Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Lage ist Top, Zimmer sind oki. Was uns etwas gestört hat, dass da nur Spanisch und Englisch gesprochen wird. Ganzes Programm läuft NUR auf Spanisch und man fühlt sich ausgeschlossen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich aber kaum gesalzen und lauwarm. Sonst ist alles gut gewesen

    The room was lovely. There were small bugs in the bathtub on arrival. And again in the morning. Small beetles. Cleaning ladies were lovely. The all inclusive was not value for money. You helped yourself to drinks at the side of the snack bar and had to order food from snack bar. The first time we got fries they were undercooked. We were not allowed to eat or drink at our sun beds . So when we left to get food a paper notice was put on the sun beds that our towels would be removed in 20minutes!. The food in dining area was basic. Pool is small, plenty of sun beds. Reception staff lovely. The text for collection back to the airport was not very clear. It stated outside the hotel. We waited at the bus stop on the same side of the hotel however it was on the opposite side of the hotel. We had to run in a panic. But thankfully we were at the bus stop 25min early. So no delay!…

    They spoke very little English and was often hard to order stuff, also they wanted to serve people paying before All inclusive customers.
