“Bardzo udany pobyt”

Wybrałam pokój z widokiem na morze. Otrzymałam pokój w budynku głównym, widok przepiękny. Minusem był słyszalny hałas od otwarcia basenu do ok 23.00 głośnej, takiej samej muzyki. Gdybym o tym wiedziała wybrała bym pokój z widokiem na ogród przy bocznej plaży. Hotel posiada dwie piękne plaże. Plaża bilo basenu, ze względu na muzykę też nie była dla mnie, natomiast druga plaża idealna dla osób które lubią spokój

The hotel itself in terms of the rooms and outside area was absolutely fine. The pool areas were really nice. The major downside was the restaurant and food options throughout the day. The buffet restaurant was extremely noisy and the food options didn’t vary enough. The service however was excellent. There was a lot of mess and waste but this is not the fault of Tui or the hotel staff. This is the greed of guests. The only other feedback would be regarding the cup options. Poolside, the small paper cups aren’t very good - too small and made it feel a bit cheap. In the bars we were often given small plastic cups. Again this felt a little cheap and I would expect a decent size glass as an adult getting a drink at a four star hotel. The snack options throughout the day were limited. The morning snacks advertised couldn’t be found and then the pizza and crepe snacks from 3 resulted in huge queues

The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you. Good range of food available

Cockroach in room....dirty toilets in reception area with nothing to dry hands with just empty boxes of tissues.....we had to be shown three rooms before we where satisfied as each room smelt of sewage.......the first being the worst....but the other two rooms that where offered still had a smell..... you could predict what was on offer every meal time thankfully only there for a week.....saw an ant on cheese....in food hall........but on a positive note staff where lovely but rooms where horrendous
