    out dated room even though I upgraded to a new one. wall paper hanging off the wall, sockets loose, foot prints on wall! and the walls needed a repaint. The air con was bad too. Very dated indeed. The hotel as a whole was in poor shape with only 1 out of 4 lifts working throughout the holiday. One was exposed wires in the lift where the buttons are. Poor signage inside too. Shower door was in poor condition too, who has a glass sliding door in family accommodation. Cleaners tried their best but there was days where rubbish was left all over the site and tables where lift with glasses (same glasses left for 3 days). The chairs in the showbar where all damages and half the legs where missing. The Ikea tables where worn out too. Very bad layout in the showbar!

    Hotel very tired. Food on the floor in the restaurant we told the staff as I could see someone slipping but they did nothing.

    It is not a 4 star by any standard, it needs extensive refurbishment as it is very tired and outdated, public area s need severe attention

    Not tui fault at all regarding hotel it was our choice we had nothing to compare it to being fist time abroad but hotel room seemed bit dated it was clean enough just not enough sockets and no freezer to put drinks and ice in just little fridge no iron to iron clothes just minor problems really
