    Recommended

    Initially we were not impressed with rooms allocated. We had email the hotel ahead of the holiday and asked for our rooms to be close to each other. When we booked in we had one room on the ground floor at the front and the other room on the first floor at the back. We were told to go back to Reception the next day to see if they could change them. At 7.30am they were able to change the ground floor room for one next door to the first floor room. The room change over happened by 11.00am. We were much happier then. we

    “Semester2026”

    Hej, Här tänkte jag sammanfatta lite hur vi upplevde vistelsen i hotellet under 10 dagar. Plus: Städning, mat, hotellpersonalen rätt hjälpsamma och trevliga, Negativt: Rummet skulle varit större, transfer med Tui sammarbetspartnern på väg till hotellet med en trevlig förare men äck vilken bil den skulle tagits ur bruk sedan länge, på väg hem blev det dock bättre bil. Stranden är nära vilket är bra men en bra del av stranden hade algen och i gasande solen så doftar något ofattbart och lukten tränger sig in på hotell området. Hotellets städ personal slarvat bort dotterns nalle så det var två dagar av ångest och iritation för oss alla men det visade sig att de löste problemet till slut. Nallen kom tillbaka som tur är.

    Our room was infected with ants. We asked the hotel to change rooms and they put us in another room, also infected with ants (ants were on the bed too). After that second change, when we said there were ants too, the hotels changed us room (a third time) but did bot let us stay in that room and made us change again in the morning. I was in that room with my youngest child. Other issue was that I was a single parent with three children, all under 18, we were in two twin rooms and we were put in two opposite areas of the hotel. The hotel reception never put us next door or nearby, despite my asking.

    “Fyldt med franske turister og maden var smagsløs”

    Et fransk rejse selskab har købt sig ind på hotellet, alt forgår på fransk. Maden var smagsløst, koldt og rummet enormt larmende. Der er forskel på hvem der har hvad med i All inklusiv.

    “Erholsamer Urlaub”

    Hotel, Essen , Strand super ! Von der Sauberkeit alles top und das Essen eine Sterneküche, brillant . Nur im Wasser waren leider viele grüne Algen/ Pflanzen zu unserer Zeit. Würde ansonsten immer wieder hinfahren.
