Perfect location, exceptional staff.

Ideally located for Skiathos old town and the ports. The hotel staff were excellent very helpful and polite. Lovely small hotel with a small pool but not enough sun loungers which created upset guests and people putting towels on sun loungers to reserve them as early as 3am

The hotel was beautifully clean well kept the staff were amazing so friendly so helpful as mentioned previously by many hotel guests pool area is very small for the size of the hotel and I would’ve thought in this day and age a shower over the bath is not acceptable…. I suffer from a bad back and had trouble getting into the bath./shower and a gentleman I was travelling with actually slipped and fell out of the bath/shower so although I have no complaints about the hotel, I feel maybe the bathrooms should be updated to walk-in showers

The room and bathroom were of a good size but the plumbing and electrics were antiquated. The bath couldn't be used as it had no plug and the shower lead went from the middle of the long side to the middle end so cut right across were you stood for the shower. The electric were constantly flickering and the two wall lights opposite the bedhead couldn't be turned off so not good for light sleepers. The hotel staff however were brilliant especially Anna who never failed to find a solution. The luggage arrangements for our stay were frankly ridiculous when we are urged by all and sundry not to leave our luggage unattended for security reasons. Our suitcases were taken from us on arrival and transported to the hotel separately and the same on our return journey which is a serious security lapse and should be addressed as a matter of urgency. The hotels location was great as its only about 5 minutes from the shops and bars and restaurants. The hotels lift only takes two people and again is very outdated.
