Plenty of variety within entertainment, choice of food. Cleanliness

The entertainment, apart from one night, was like they were trying to sabotage the enjoyment factor. The ‘bands’ were atrocious and there was no atmosphere at all. Terrible outdated music which did nothing for anyone.

Accommodation was very clean. Rooms spacious and clean. Whilst carpets a little grubby it also meant no noise from suitcases and people at night. It was very quiet. Food was nice, a little repetitive after 10 days but that's expected. Plenty of choice. Seaview lovely from room. Aircon in room needs to be better as even when on room still 26 degrees. Was just told to keep doors and curtains shut as sun was on the room all day. Aircon throughout main hotel good. Activities could only be booked 24hrs in advance between 9am and 10am and again between 5 30 and 6.30. We went at 9.55 and they had gone. I think booking shouldn't be necessary as there was not even anybody on the mini golf or table tennis. As we went on 3 trips we was not at the hotel at the times either so could not book. Daytime entertainment for adults other than aqua aerobics was non existitant. Afternoon water games just aimed at younger kids. I would have preferred that boccia and other activities would have been included as group activities rather than booking. But that's just my preference. Pool table was free but cue broken and no black ball. Service at bars exceptional. Sometimes queues in evening but not in daytime. Was very clean around pool area and staff came around cleaning up and picking up glasses. Snack bar great asset too.

Food was always cold. Choice was quite poor.
