Comfy beds clean and stylish hotel

on arrival after an early flight we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 2.30 pm. That was a 3 hour wait . Not very good. The hotel food was cold most of the time and not much choice for a 5 star hotel. The soup needed to be microwaved as it was cold. some food cold. plates freezing. The entertainment was the same every night so we always went out. Never stayed in the hotel except to sleep and meals. NO TUI REP ever came and there was no info at the hotel. from TUI. We had to ring up several times. If you don't have the app then you know nothing. The app didn't work as this changed on the day we arrived. Very frustrating.

The accommodation was fine for the type of holiday we had booked for its location. The guy on reception at our arrival was pretty dour and not particularly happy or helpful, there were a few others like that as well. There were also a few that were always smiling and helpful, so it was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was clean, but there was a shortage of storage. We had a large wardrobe, but few hangers and no drawer space at all, just open shelving. I've had better.

Hyvä, siisti hotelli. Esittelyt pitävät hyvin paikkaansa. Aamiainen todella hyvä. Päivällinen vaihtelevan tasoinen ja espanjalaiseen tapaan melko niukasti maustettu. Miinuksena se, ettei edes vesi kuulunut päivällisen hintaan.
