    Ants in our room and when arrived and asked to move room a certain section was “reserved” for Norwegian or different nationalities not brits?? When asked to move to that section said that it is the case when booking with TUI which I found was a selective preference made me not want to be at the hotel

    I paid extra for a swim up shared pool, however when I arrived my room was on the second floor. I still could use the shared pool, however I would not have paid extra if I had of known it was not a swim up room. When complaining to the hotel I was told there were no other rooms available which was disappointing as I had paid extra for this. However the hotel was clean and the food was to a good standard. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have also been nice.

    Daughter had food poisoning. As did a number of guests we ran into. Very poor hygiene at al the restaurants

    Nice hotel on the beach, good entertainment, food is standard and lack of choice at times but not bad. Rooms were nice just a little worn in places. Nice pools and good access to bars, handy bar right at the edge of the hotel so you could get drinks on the way out to the beach

    Lovely facilities and accommodation. Pool options were great and there was something for everyone. Loved how close the beach was to the hotel and easy access to beach bars. Food was good and plenty of choice. Rooms were generally quite good but the bathroom was too small and made it awkward to get in and out of. Towels were regularly changed and beds made but the bathroom, toilet balcony area was never cleaned. My bed sheet had a large burnt stain that was left exposed but these things can be easily improved. Overall was a good experience.
