    Recommended

    The gym equipment was not kept in a satisfactory condition. Also there was only one bench and as the gym was quite busy one bench was not enough. Also there were only really heavy weights, there were 7.5kg then 15kg and upwards. As women using the gym it would be nice to have 4kgs and 5kgs .

    “Top vakantie”

    Prachtig strand met heldere zee. Resort schoon en goed onderhouden. Kamer ruim opgezet. Het eten was goed en veel keuzes, maar kon wat warmer. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.

    The hotel was clean, on a beautiful beach. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The bars were well kept and the drinks were excellent particularly the mai tai cocktails at the bar just off reception. Our room was clean and a good size for two of us. As always there are the usual problems I encounter with mirrors and lights not in the right place to put make up on and do my hair. Are these rooms designed by a man. The shaving mirror in the bathroom was ok, but I would have to have been 6 foot tall to see in it. I’m 5 foot Which brings me to food ……… the dining areas were clean and kept very tidy by the staff. The food generally wasnt great and usually cold. We have stayed all inclusive a number of times before and so we knew what to expect but it wasn’t up to even those expectations. Salads were mostly mixtures of the dinner from the day before with grated carrot etc, and any lettuce etc had been well picked over and not replenished, there was a beef bourginon one evening which was delicious. Unfortunately I managed to get a tummy bug and spent the whole of 1 day in bed with D&V and my tummy is still not good a week later. Im really sorry for posting a negative review regarding the food, but improvements are only possible if constructive criticism is listened to. Would I stay there again, in a heartbeat if the food is improved

    Room was clean and adequate No art work or colour Paper cups only in rooms would have preferred china cup for morning tea Staff friendly room cleaned regularly

    Adults should be encouraged to be accommodated away from the children's areas. We spoke to some who felt they had made a mistake in choosing rooms near childrens areas not really understanding. We were moved swiftly and kindly by staff due to my older mum needing more peace and less steps. The hotel and staff were excellent. Our only negative was that the music around the pool area was unacceptably loud with a lot of base. You could feel and hear it even on the beach over the road. The choice of music also was not at all in keeping with the hotel. Dance tunes banging out a lot of the day. We could not relax on our terrace due to this. Some quieter greek or calmer tunes would've been pleasurable. The entertainment team need to understand there is a different demographic apart from young families.
