If you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Buena Vista, look no further. This Holiday Inn was absolutely brilliant! Standard & Cleanliness: The overall standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Facilities: Great amenities and facilities that made our downtime just as enjoyable as our days out. Location: Absolutely perfect. It made commuting and exploring the area incredibly easy. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next holiday!

Overall, the hotel was great and we had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made a big difference to our comfort. The pool area was also a highlight, with a good atmosphere and a full programme of activities for children, which would be especially valuable for families. One aspect we found particularly useful was the hotel’s shuttle service to the theme parks. The Disney shuttle was expected, but the Universal shuttle in particular was very reliable and convenient, although this was not clearly advertised on the TUI website, so it felt like a bonus we only discovered after arriving. In terms of improvements, it would have been beneficial if a breakfast package could have been included or offered as part of the booking, especially given that the hotel is attached to a restaurant. Additionally, during our stay there was a fire alarm during the night, and unfortunately the communication from staff was limited. There didn’t seem to be clear updates or well-managed procedures in place at the time, which was a concern. Better communication and clearer safety protocols in situations like this would help improve guest confidence.
