The hotel is in need of an overhaul in cleanliness, maintenance and comfort for guests. Unable to check in until 3pm with lots of rules and regulations explained, including multiple deposit systems for cups, towels, safes. The facilities are dirty, stained patios, disgusting odours such as drainage, vomit and urine around the bars, pool and grounds. Long walks to some bungalows; with inadequate lighting. Food and drinks below par, including live animals in eating areas. Sunbeds mouldy and falling apart. The room was spacious but shabby, leaking shower and stains on woodwork, lots of long hairs in the bathroom and floors. Bedding is never changed. The set up of having an internal door between two rooms is diabolical, there’s no sound or light proofing you can hear everything next door, as well as see the light in the door gaps. These doors are only locked with a small deadbolt. The noise coming from next door was a joke, until 3am shouting screaming and cackling, hotel disinterested in helping, basically told that if we move rooms it could happen there too. We requested to keep the room on as our flight wasn’t until late evening, we could only keep it for 1 hour extra for €10 I observed every rooms late check out request was until 12:00 midday in the reception book which I find odd and believe it is a money making scheme by the hotel much like the €1 deposit for a plastic cup.

Smell of sewerage every night around the bungalows, cockroaches visible day and night and staff were not bothered to do anything about them, food choices were limited and sometimes poor quality, drinks menu limited, smell of mould coming from the drinks machine. Staff were brilliant and make the hotel tolerable, theft at the pool everyday of different items (personally had 4 things stolen)

Good layout. Food very good and varied although milk seemed to be unavailable. Entertainment not what was given on the board. Seemed just a little tired.

No lifts or stairs required, not too far to walk to facilities and quite a good size. Only issue was door locks as 2 other apartments were broken into the same week we were there.
