    We had a wonderful 10 days here in Hilton Tulum. We stayed with our four year old twin boys and they had a blast of time. The kids water park and the adjoining pool is great. But they enjoyed the kids section more. The staff at the Kids Section was simply awesome. Special shout out to Angel, Roshy, Cristal, Montse, Mich, Joss Iveth, Yadira, Karla, Helena & Mirna. Boys have already asked to visit again and we will soon. If you are travelling with kids try getting rooms in Casa 6. The food at the different restaurants were good. I would recommend Noriko and La Luce immensely. The staff at the resort are their biggest strength. They were so friendly and always smiling when they saw us. My only issue with the resort was the shuttle drivers who take you to different parts of the resort. Most of them were on their phone chit chatting while driving. This made these small journeys stressful without even considering how narrow the width of the paths were. We strongly recommend this resort and will be back again. Also, special mention to the iguanas and coatis.

    The buffet was basic and limited. Due to the cost I would've expected that they maintain a high level of service regardless of what time of year the holiday od booked. On some days one of the buffet halls was closed. Al a carte lovely. Sun loungers could do with a hose down. In Turkey, you see the sun loungers being nightly. Seaweed smell at Casa 2 not great. Annoyed that at check in we were told that some of the pools were unavailable only ro find out on our last dat that we could've used them all along.

    Adults pool closed the other pool allocated was far to loud no relaxing as pool parties loud music and a lot of drinking
