    Hotel jest bardzo ładnie położony, plaża piękna. Okolica jeszcze nie zabudowana. Obsługa hotelowa b. dobra. Jedzenie b. dobre, ale dla mnie tylko na tydzień, bo potem już monotonne. Opcja all inclusive w tym hotelu sprawdza się, ale zaproponowane dania w ramach tej usługi to nic szczególnego. Bardzo fajne jest rozwiązanie strefy dla dorosłych - w strefie jedzeniowej, w strefie basenów. teren hotelu bardzo zadbany, ale pokoje nie są najnowsze, dla mnie nic szczególnego. Najpierw dostaliśmy pokój przy hałasującym urządzeniu chyba jakimś klimatyzatorze zewnętrznym, poprosiłam o zamianę. Zamienili, ale tym razem był hałas nocny z restauracji ;-)

    Hotel rundown and not standard I expected from Hilton brand. Wooden gate in our swim up room hanging off. Maintenance came to repair quickly but still left with having to lift it to shut it. Hilton brand brings up high end , high standard accommodation. This was not the case. Food and staff great. Atmosphere lacking and evening entertainment wasn’t as expected. Shows all very similar. The hotel next door sounded a lot more fun. All inclusive should include a least one all a carte meal. We went out for a meal as a lot cheaper. We spoke to people that had been multiple times before and they commented how the hotel had gone down hill and they would Not be returning again. Prices up cost to go next year and it’s over £10,000 and that hotel does not justify the price tag. Hilton needs to close and repair, update it especially as going to pride themselves as a golf resort end August. We will definitely return to Turkey but not the hotel.

    Rooms were smaller than anticipated with minimal storage space for clothes, luggage, shelves in bathroom Not awful just definitely not worth the money paid at all Food choices were very good for vegetarians. Some improvements needed for non alcoholic drink choices and desserts in the buffet restaurant tasted the same. Ice cream choices were excellent. Some nice elements to the hotel e.g the beach bar which was very stylish. Evening entertainment programme was excellent, in particular acro Africa Service overall from staff was poor- they focused and prioritised on MANY occasions on guests that were local to them or spoke the same language as them which was very disappointing. Check in experience was poor- TUI booked an accessible room which I told the staff member. He said to me very abruptly it’s not written in the booking and that they are at full capacity. The same day I put in a complaint to TUI and on that same evening I was told there was an accessible room. Really disheartening experience and poor customer service- he clearly did not care or was not interested in looking into this further. Great that there is an accessible shuttle to take guests around the hotel and on every occasion this was requested via the Guest Relations desk all staff were approachable and kind. Whilst there are some nice aspects to hotel, staff service was the biggest let down! I wouldn’t book this accommodation or recommend it based on this alone. Simply not worth the money paid.
