    The staff were all excellent at the Hilton Dalaman. Special mention to the following employees who were all excellent, attentive and helped us make our stay very enjoyable, they include: 1) Caner, barman in the Beach Bar, 2) Nesrin, waitress in Main restaurant and bars, 3) Ozer Gun. Head Waiter (worked in Restaurants), 4) Serkan (Spa Manager), 5) Sule, Waitress in main restaurant and bars & Aygul (outside/bars/restaurant cleaner). If the pool area had better waiter service (drinks brought to sun beds) and the sunbeds were better/higher quality (think mattresses and wooden frames) and the sea views were true sea views, not 400-500 meters from the sea, we would give the resort a 5-star

    Only real negative was our outbound flight put 1 parent and 2 year old child on row 2 and the other parent and 4 year old child on row 28. The children wanted to be together and didn’t understand why the separation. I was told on booking that families with small children are always put together so don’t waste money booking seats. I felt this caused unnecessary hassle to ourselves and fellow passengers with the constant swapping of seats or tantrums from our young children. My wife was actually in tears at one point when our 2 year old was playing up because she wanted to be with her sister or dad and the seatbelt light was on due to turbulence. The passenger on her row was very understanding but not fair on him either really.
