    Not a lot can go wrong at a Hilton Hotel.. It was as expected although a bit pricey... Reception and bar staff were very good.

    Check in at hotel took far to long no map given of hotel had to ask where things were. Reception staff were unfriendly, no drink on arrival after along day travelling no welcome to hotel rooms were just average, the food wasn't great not alot of choice cheeses out in 30 degree heat no ice cream no soups. Stayed at much better hotels no sauna etc to use for free

    “heel fijn verblijf in hilton”

    Superfijn hotel, personeel zoooo vriendelijk, heerlijk ontbijt, perfecte ligging op 10 minuten wandelen van het stadje maar ver genoeg om het rustig aan het strand te hebben, heerlijk gegeten. Ik had een probleem met de airco op m'n kamer waarna ik meteen een andere kamer kreeg en een extra dessert-assortiment op de kamer als verontschuldiging, onnodig maar superlief natuurlijk

    We stayed at the Hilton Cabo Verde Resort & Spa and, to be completely honest, the resort exceeded all our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the pictures you see online simply do not do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings, beautiful amenities and incredibly friendly, attentive staff. We did experience a small issue one day when our room was cleaned but towels were not replaced. We called reception and, unfortunately, waited around 50 minutes before receiving them. However, what truly impressed us was how the team handled the situation afterwards. The following day, they surprised us with a lovely apology gesture ,chocolates and a beautiful fresh fruit platter. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed us that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience and satisfaction. Beyond the private beach, spa, beautiful facilities and exceptional service, what truly stands out is the attention to detail and the way the team makes you feel valued. I would strongly recommend Hilton Cabo Verde to anyone visiting Cape Verde. 10/10 — a beautiful resort with genuinely outstanding hospitality. 🌴✨
