Accommodation was average as a lot of the furniture was worn and damaged. The Block 2 is not what I requested and after TUI Northampton emailing and detailing BLOCK 1 on arrival BLOCK 1 was only for Diamond Club.

Very disappointed with the adults only amenities as only one of the bars was open and the other was closed for 4 nights . Employees were amazing except for the receptionist who were very curt and off hand and even complained when we arrived late which was not under our control

Majority of the female staff were very rude, and did not want to interact with us at all. The lock on our room door was broken, resulting in missing dinner reservations while we waited for maintenance? A quick fix was done, and I promise of coming back to completely fix it was offered but no one came two days after there was a severe rain storm which caused a power cut, when we went to leave the room again for a restaurant reservation our lock on the door had jam ********** I was left unable to exit the room due to the power outage. We were unable to call to reception as we had no phones or an alert to anyone in any way that we were stuck. We had to call to staff from our balcony for help to which no one came resulting in us being locked in for six hours. The day after while going down to the pool. we got into the lift and press ground floor when the doors closed the lift jolted downwards and the doors opened , the lift had dropped about a foot and a half and we had to climb out when this was reported to the Hideaway reception they had no interest and just shrugged us off and said we’d get maintenance onto it. The condition of our room was extremely disappointed, there was damp and mould on the wall and ceiling which made the room smell. I have photographs of this.

Accommodation brilliant very clean and well stocked. 50% of the resort staff were disinterested or ignored you. The other 50% were fantastic.
