It was fair enough for price, but I had to upgrade as 1st room was appalling. The smell alone was disgusting.

Miły personel, jednak czystość w pokojach i na basenie mogła by być lepsza.

“Dramat”

Pokoje na zdjęciach znacznie odbiegały od pokoi, które faktycznie były dostępne w hotelu. Za pokój w normalnym standardzie, a nie w melinie, musieliśmy dopłacić 60€, oczywiście płatność tylko w gotówce. Opłata klimatyczna z wielkim bólem została przyjęta terminalem, bo też nie było takiej chęci. Jedzenie kwaśne i monotonne, jednego dnia były zepsute brzoskwinie z puszki. Widok z pokoju był na ścianę sąsiedniego budynku, dosłownie kilka metrów do ściany, tam nawet światło nie dochodziło, nie było wiadomo czy świeci słońce czy jest pochmurno. Drinki w barze polegają na rozcieńczeniu jednego kieliszka alkoholu z 3 kieliszkami soku. Herbata/kawa dostępna tylko przy śniadaniu. W porze obiadowej i podczas kolacji trzeba biegać do baru na basenie, bo ekspresy na stołówce są wyłączone. Te wszystkie składowe składają się na to, że nie polecam tego hotelu.

Not the best

on arrival we were told that the room we had been given was for one night and to go back the following day for re alloction, we were taken up to a room in the oldest part of the hotel, obviously a well hammered family room which was dark and in desperate need of refurbishment, this fell well below even a 2 star standrad we were then told we could keep our current room for a further 100 euros each even though it was the same as the photos for a standard room on the website, this turned out to be a common practice in the hotel and i have looked back on reviews to see this has been reported before, why is TUI allowing this to happen? we met up with guests who had been allocated really substandard rooms for the first night then told they can upgrade, this is a total scam and had a TUI rep been visable we would have queried why we had to pay again for our room , all payments were taken in cash and no receipts given
