Great value for money. Apartment was spacious and had a lovely terrace. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Good quality bedding and towels. Staff all welcoming and friendly. Bar/ restaurant really good and great value. The place is a bit dated but wouldn’t stop us returning.

The descriptions on TUI website of the rooms for this hotel, are not accurate for what you receive. If you are advised you will have a studio apartment with terrace, that is what I imagine I will get- a ground floor property with a terrace. We had a second floor studio apartment with no balcony, we also didn't have an airer so that made it even harder to dry towels and clothes. It also stated we would have a partial sea view which we did not. The photos online make the hotel grounds look huge which they are, yet these are not utilised. The pool and sunbed area is very small, with too many families trying to use the small pool, which also heats up very quickly. The hotel also do not cater for gluten free and don't really have any knowledge about that so if you were doing bed and breakfast, they can't offer you anything other than toast. Our air conditioning unit started to smell like sick once it was turned on after a few days too.
