The holiday was absolutely fantastic, the hotel was incredible, staff amazing and couldn’t do any more for you. The room was so spacious, clean, shower even had a Bluetooth speaker to play music in the bathroom! Hot tub only got used once as it was too hot in the air, the hotel want busy at all in August, lots of sun beds free, and the restaurants wasn’t fully booked either. The entertainment was great throughout the day and got everyone involved, the evening entertainment was cut too short as Moons opened at 9 for an hours entertainment, then a DJ for 45 minutes and then closed around 11. The only downside about coming to Mexico between May and October is the seaweed, if your looking for a beach holiday and wanted to go in the sea at the hotel then you will be disappointed as the seaweed is like noting I’ve ever seen before and the stench across the island was toxic, this wasn’t mentioned to us before however we went to the isle Majures which was like paradise so got our fix there, however be aware on the island the people on the street look at your band and tell you that they know you from the hotel to get you into there relatives shop, followed by a free shot of tequila and then try to sting you for some fake jewellery at extortionate prices The hotel food was lovely, breakfast buffet in one restaurant, lunch buffet in the same restaurant, evening restaurants included a Mexican which on our first time there wasn’t great but the second was incredible, the Asian restaurant had a show which was very impressive and delicious food, the Italian restaurant was lovely with its salad bar too, we didn’t eat at the Mediterranean restaurant so can’t comment on that one. There was a lovely coffee shop with A/C which was great to chill out in, they did fantastic Milkshakes, ice cream, cakes, sandwiches, wraps, pastries and cakes which was a nice place to go to relax. The shop was extortionate prices, 2 packs of Doritos would cost u 20 dollars and don’t use the cash machine as it charges you around £20 to use it after its fee and exchange rates We booked in the hotel CoCo Bongos which was the highlight of the holiday, the best show I’ve ever seen, so much fun for any age Drinks were amazing, just about every branded spirit, we had lots of alcoholic cocktails which were made into slush’s and the service from the waiters was great!!

It was perfect and so luxurious!

Lovely big rooms, swim up pool was awesome, views unreal, couldn't ask for more top ups or service to room (bar maybe cocktails) Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bar and pool service great, food service slow, took normally 50 minutes for food to arrive at dinner

From the checking in to our check out the staff are so freindly and accommodating nothing is to much for them. The entertainment in the evening is amazing and they get everybody involved. The atmosphere is s9 relaxing also

The room needed updating - lots of broken cupboards and drawers and shower not working and unclean. The food quality and variety were very poor. It was stated on the TUI hotel description that there is a buffet restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the other restaurants for dinner. This was not the case as the buffet did not open for dinner the whole time we were there. The other restaurants had limited food options and required a reservation before a certain time each day. On the day we arrived we were too late to reserve a restaurant that evening and were told each restaurant was \"fully booked\" so our only option was to get a small sandwich from one of the shops for dinner. The hotel had a \"Serenity guests\" premium experience. These guess received an all inclusive 5 star experience but the other guests were only allowed a limited selection of food and drinks, no alcohol on room service and weren't allowed in certain pools or restaurants. I feel we received a 4 star experience but very much paid the price of a 5 star all inclusive. I would not stay at this hotel again and don't feel like the description of this hotel was accurate to what we received when we got there.
