    The Air conditioning broke down half way through the holiday, so had to change rooms. And was charged for an experience I did not have. Awaiting refund.

    “Hotel.hardrock”

    Grosse Anlage mit viel Entertainment, Musik und Spass. Trotz Kinderclub würde ich den Aufenthalt mit Kindern eher ab 10 Jahren empfehlen. Etwas bedauerlich das dass Personal teilweise schlecht bis gar kein Englisch sprechen konnte. Aber irgendwie hat man sich immer verständigen können.

    We had a fantastic holiday at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings, amazing pools and plenty to see and do. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable, providing a lovely place to relax after spending the day enjoying the resort. However, we did experience an issue with our room door, which did not close properly. Unfortunately, this resulted in a cockroach getting into our room, and we had to contact maintenance to have it removed. This was disappointing, particularly considering the standard and price of the hotel. We would have expected the door to be properly maintained to prevent issues like this. Aside from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food and drinks were excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the resort had so much to offer. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we even created a vlog of our experience to share with others! Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana is a beautiful resort, and we made some wonderful memories. However, we feel that greater attention to room maintenance would help ensure the accommodation matches the luxury experience guests are paying for. Despite this issue, we would happily return!
