The view from our room was the worst, all we could see was the maintenance area of the next hotel and the fire escape from our hotel. Very disappointed.

The hotel was an absolute gem from the moment we arrived. Everything felt fresh, beautifully presented and effortlessly welcoming, with the kind of atmosphere that makes you relax almost before you’ve unpacked your suitcase. Our room was fantastic, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with plenty of choice and quality to set you up for the day. But the real magic was the location — perfectly placed in what I honestly believe is the best spot in Santa Ponsa, with everything you could want right on your doorstep. It was one of those hotels that quietly gets everything right, leaving you with nothing but good memories and the feeling that you’ve found somewhere special.
