Perfect location,rooms clean,staff lovely and friendly

I would highly recommend the guinate apartments had a fantastic time staying here could not fault them at all everything provided for a self catering holiday at first I thought they were a little out of the way but we timed it and it took us 5 mins to get to the front so closer than you think Lidl 5 mins away we have enjoyed it that much we are looking to go back next year

Lovely reception staff Wish I had option to book a two bed apartment as was sharing with son who slept on camp bed rather than share a double bed. We had been told by the travel agent that single beds would be available

We were not informed about the toilet paper not allowed to be flushed. There were mould spots on the ceiling near the air conditioner, around the dispensers in the shower and under the basin. There was apparent damp damage on the shelves in bathroom and on the bottom of the bathroom door. Holes and pipes were plugged with cloths/tissue in the bathroom, kitchen and little utility area. The fridge door was lopsided and didn't always close properly and caught in the drawers next to it. There were cockroaches in the bathroom on 5 of the 7 nights. The apartment was very spacious and otherwise comfortable. Cleaning services came every second day. The reception staff were very pleasant and informative.
