    “Super allrounder”

    Alles hat gepasst. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand war etwas länger als angegeben. Aber die süße Gasse mit kleinen Läden hat es nicht wirklich auffallen lassen. Essen vor allem das Frühstück top und einwandfrei. Schöne ordentliche Zimmer

    The hotel should be advertised as a 3 stars not 4 as it has some serious refurbishments jobs to complete. We were put in the room at the 5th floor just below roof top bar and the noice of moving furniture/chairs etc was ridiculus. I was very tired as I couldnt sleep. After 3 nights i asked for a change of room. They accepted my request but I had to pack all my items in the suitcases and hand in the keys to my room before 10am as the new room wasnt available until 3pm. Thus I lost 1 day of holiday on that due to packing/unpacking and being without the room for a half a day. The new room was one of the apartments which was quiet but had ants everywhere in the living room and bedroom. I didnt want to complain again as I would have to check out. The qualily of equpiment, dated design i.e. bathrooms (tiles falling apart) indicate that this hotel should be 3* not 4*. I understand that it was last 2 weeks of August and staff was tired due to end of the busy period so the quality of customer service was poor. (With a few exeptions). One time during the dinner I was laughed off by not selecting anything to drink (half board accomodation). Unfortunetly canteen staff couldnt speak English and it was very difficult to communicate. Hotel is set to accept mainly German speaking customers and all evening entertaiment is in German. -you should let tourist know before booking. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone and i definetly wont be back.

    Unser Urlaub als kleine Familie war toll. Wir hatten ein familienfreundliches Hotel, das nett arrangiert war. Das komplette Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war reichhaltig und lecker. Leider fehlte uns eine Beschattung des Baby/kinderpools. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.
