    “Schöner Urlaub un Costa Botanica”

    Schöne, grüne und weitläufige Anlage mit gutem Service. Warm-Buffet am Abend für 4☆ kleine Auswahl. Das Anstehen am Abend für das Restaurant bis jemand Plätze zuordnet zu langatmig. Deutsch spricht so gut wie niemand trotz Werbung damit.

    Surely one of the best all inclusive accommodations anywhere. really nice situation, lots and lots of empty sun loungers by all the pools and on the beach. Even had mosquito sprays available every evening for customers use. Really attentive staff. You never have to wait too long before being offered another drink. The only thing I would like to see here is a microwave near the buffet for people who like their food piping hot.

    “Essen/Stechmücken”

    Leider war das Essen keine 5 Sterne wert. Die Gerichte wurden nur warm gehalten. Die Speisen waren lauwarm bis kalt. Im Restaurant wurde nichts frisch zubereitet wie z.B. Spiegeleier, Steaks, Fisch usw. Die Beilagen waren nicht mit den Hauptgerichten abgestimmt. Die Auswahl an allem war nicht sehr groß. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit konnte man sich vor den Stechmücken nicht retten. Essen im Außenbeleuchtung war undenkbar. Man wurde auch nicht vorgewarnt.

    We found the hospitality very warm and friendly. The pool and beach were beautiful and the proactive drinks service by the pool and in the beach bar were excellent. The main bar and restaurant were good although food became a bit repetitive by the end of the week. Drinks - both quality and service were very good indeed. The pool restaurant has a serious wasp problem and uses disposable plates, cups and cutlery and the same food every day which was not so enjoyable. It was nice to be upgraded to a family room with two separate sleeping areas. Unfortunately it was next to the housekeeping store which meant an early wake up every morning due to the noise. The decor is dated and could do with somewhere to sit inside and some bedside lamps (the only light switch by the bedside was the main ceiling light). Problems were niggles rather than major - overall a lovely holiday.
