    I am extremely disappointed with the trip and accommodation - The service at the hotel was shocking, every time we went to the buffet, there was not a table clean, we had to constantly ask for cutlery. We never had any drinks with our meals, and most staff had bad attitudes and looked at us with disgust. Food was non existent and was never refilled. Our hotel room was never cleaned properly and on numerous times we had to ask for clean towels and fresh bottled water, which never came. The pool area was hardly ever cleaned, food lying everywhere, the pool was in dire and need of repairs. I cannot believe this hotel is 5stars and that TUI represent this hotel. I would like a possible refund as i will never book with yourselves again, I am a person who never complains, but this is one holiday i couldn't wait to end. Also, we got delayed with our baggage on the way back home, which we missed my sons participation in getting selected for the welsh karate team. We are not happy and look forward to your response and a possible refund

    As mentioned previously the hotel and layout was very nice. The service of the staff was not consistent and it was a struggle to get a drink with our dinner some times. The room was nice, it did feel a little cramp at times due to being 2 adults and kids the size of adults. I would have preferred the entertainment programme to have been more visible as I missed alot of the activities due to lack of knowing they were on. The hotel app was not the best as I was always limited to dinner times at either 6.30pm or 9.30 pm. At the buffet there should be serving utensils for each dish as i did see people having to use the same utensils for dishes that should not have a shared utensil. Also at the buffet you were not provided with your own table and it was like a game of musical tables walking around the restaurant waiting for people to leave. I have never experienced this in any other hotel in the Dominican Republic before as we have always been allocated a table and a waiter/waitress on entering. Their current process causes frustration for everyone, including the staff. This could be improved. Overall we had a nice time.

    The resort was lovely. But boring in the evening, it’s put me off booking another holiday where we’ve stuck on a resort. The food wasn’t great and burgers were under cooked. A couple of us had upset stomachs whilst there. Also my kids shorts were stained with green algae from the pool.
